Is 31 pictures too many for 1 post? - #97

Kiki says no & is making me post them all. The first 29 photos are from the Desert Botanical Garden. I took these Cacti & Butterfly photos last Sunday. The Butterflies are there through the 14th, so go now!

Cranberry sauce cactus, you know, the kind from the can.

My favorite.

Kiki just happens to be spinning up some yarn in these colors.

When commenting, please remember that this is a family blog.

These next two pictures are of Kiki's first yarn on her new wheel. Still working on a name. It was so much easier with the girls.

Steve

coming soon - more knitted gifts & handspun fibers, plus the post # 100 extravaganza!

Awesome pictures, Steve! You are so talented. The cranberry sauce cactus is pretty disturbing, though. Hi and hugs to all.

The pictures are wonderful. I love the flowers and butterflies. You really do a great job capturing nature.

Tell Kiki the yarn she has spun is beautful.

Wow that last cactus pictures really looks like a big cactus with two smaller cacti next to it. It looks like something I've seen before on the subway. I sure do love these pictures!

The cactus and flower and butterfly/moth photos are so pretty. It's so sad to see the ones with tattered wings.

Easier to name your daughters? lol Yes, pets and spinning wheels are really tuff to name. They'll spend their whole life wondering "why did they give me this name?"
